Race Day

Even though we initially had two possibilities in mind with the HITS Triathlon Series and the Tri Rock Series, we ended up making the decision to go to a different location that called our attention when we saw the advertisement:

Revlution 3: Cedar Point, OH

Voted the Best Amusement Park in the World, Cedar Point and the scenery that Sandusky, Ohio can offer sounds like the perfect destination to make a Triathlon debut. Revolution 3 Triathlon series is one of the most well known series in the US and also around the world. They even have an event in Costa Rica. Unfortunately that one is this coming March, and we have set a well structured schedule to be ready by September.

We are still doing the SPRINT distance which s described as a 0.5 mile swim + 12 mile bike + 3.1 mile run. Even though the big event date is set for September 9th, the sprint race would be on Saturday September 8th. If you want to know more about this great group of events, you can go to rev3tri.com
