Day 35: Ironman Arizona

Calli- Today I had a very special party to attend. My mom and sister threw a bridal shower for me becasue Jose and I are going to be married next year. This is my excuse for missing training today. Hehe…I know all my blogs about excuses and it just falls through in the end. I will be back onboard tomorrow. Tonight Jose is flying back home and he had a great week which I am sure he will tell you all about soon! I will say this much though; he had the opportunity to meet the Ironman Arizona champ this weekend, and have a nice chat with him. I know this was so inspiring for him, and I am a little bit envious that I did not get to share in that excitement! Jose, have a safe flight home, and I will see you in another week or so.
